Shipping in Sweden

Orders within Sweden will be sent by PostNord to your nearest pick up location. If the product is in stock, your order will be sent out within 3-5 working days. Shipping is 7.90 euro and free on all orders above 50 euro (but returns are not, see below). If you’re near Hammenhög, Österlen, contact us to see if it’s possible to arrange a pickup in the showroom instead if you like, so you can have a chat and see all our stuff!

Shipping in Europe

Orders within Europe will be sent with DHL express. Sometimes smaller packages are sent with PostNord. If the product is in stock, your order will be sent out within 3-5 working days. Shipping within Europe takes 3-7 working days depending on country, so total shipping time is 6-12 working days. Shipping is 19.90 euro, and free on all orders above 200 euro (but returns are not, see below). Please note that import taxes may apply if you are outside EU. If the parcel is sent with DHL it will be delivered to your door, please contact DHL if you wish otherwise (find the shipping nr in your order confirmation).

Shipping in USA/Canada/Australia & some other countries

Orders within USA/Canada/Australia & some other countries (see which countries in the drop down menu at checkout) will be sent with DHL express. The parcel will be delivered to your door, please contact DHL if you wish otherwise (find the shipping nr in your order confirmation). If the product is in stock, your order will be sent out within 3-5 working days. Shipping takes 3-5 working days depending on country, so total shipping time is 6-10 days. Shipping is 49.90 euro on all orders, and free on orders above 500 euro. Please note that import taxes may apply.

Returns

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition and in its original packaging. If the product is ruined or used the product will not be refunded. Before you return your product please email us at info@tropicalscandinavia.com with your order number and state why you are not happy with your product. Make sure to include contact information and receipt number with the returned product and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Tropical Scandinavia is not responsible for paying shipping fees when managing refunds. And please note that you are responsible of arranging a sendback, and that the cost to send you parcel back can vary depending on your country and size of package - meaning it will not be the same as the shipping cost you payed at first when purchasing the product. We will solve a repurchase as soon as possible!

Damages in delivery

All though we do our best to pack the goods as securely as possible, damage in transport can occur. As the buyer you are responsible for checking the product and packaging soon as possible. If there is visible damage to the product or packaging, you should report this direct to the carrier or, if you discover the damage after delivery to our Customer Service at info@tropicalscandinavia.com
